Alison Young, Director has 14 years financial services industry experience. Prior to working for the business Alison ran her own successful Training Consultancy over a period of 7 years. She has been employed as a Financial Consultant and as a Company Training Manager, working for Lloyds TSB and Clerical Medical.

Her background in sales has given her the ability to design, deliver and manage credible and motivational sales training. Alison is closely involved in supporting customers operating in niche markets to meet their regulatory requirements under the Financial Services Authority Regime
