Mark Ehlinger is our Commercial and Compliance Director. Mark has been directing and resourcing financial services training and compliance solutions since 1995 and carries out work for Banks, Building Societies, Life Offices and Mortgage Brokers. Prior to working for the company, Mark worked in direct selling, sales management and in field training having completed over 15 years of retail banking experience with Nat West.

Over the last two years, Mark has been involved in the authoring and installation of T&C and Compliance processes within small and medium sized mortgage intermediary firms and lenders.
